COVID-19 Vaccination Programme: 10th May 2021 

Sea Mills Surgery are proud to be part of Affinity Primary Care Network, a collaboration of six practices including:

  • Westbury On Trym Primary Care Centre
  • Greenway Community Practice 
  • Fallodon Way Medical Centre 
  • Helios & Monks Park Surgery - (now part of Mendip Vale Group - extending North Somerset and Bristol)  

Collaboratively Affinity PCN were chosen to deliver phase 1  mass vaccination site - The Greenway Centre.  

 

Phase 1 - Greenway Centre Vaccine update April 2021

The vaccine program continues and the Affinity team is well over half way to completing Phase 1 (Cohorts 1-9). The focus currently is on the second doses and we are well ahead of schedule to completing this by early June. The vaccination centre at the Greenway will today have reached and exceeded 20,000 vaccines. Clinics will be taking place on Wednesday's at the Greenway centre until cohorts 1-9 are complete. 

 

Phase 2 clinics

Adult population under the age of 50 (first and second vaccinations) will take place at Orchard School - Patients will be contacted to make an appointment or invited into a clinic. Clinics will be scheduled for Saturdays.
