Please allow 48 hours for your prescription to be processed.

  • Where possible use your repeat counterfoil to order medication. If this is not available write your name/address and the name of the medication(s) on a piece of paper.
  • Place request in the box on reception marked 'Repeat Prescriptions'.
  • We do not accept prescriptions over the telephone. *Top Tip* - Your nominated pharmacy can request on your behalf, so if you give them a call they can take care of things for you.

  • If you have difficulty collecting your prescriptions from the surgery, please call reception on 0117 968 1182 then Option 1 for details of other options available, or your local Pharmacy.
  • For medication enquiries the practice has pharmacists available Mr Stewart Whitehouse (Tuesdays) and Mr Josh Moston (Monday and Thursday) 



Patient Access

If you are a patient aged 16 years or over, you can now order your repeat prescription using our internet booking service.  Once registered for the internet service you can also book a routine appointment with your GP.

If you haven't registered yet you will need to visit our reception desk to sign up for the service. You will need to do this yourself in person and bring with you some form of ID such as photo driving licence or passport.

You can register online by clicking the link below, but you will still need to come into the surgery with a form of ID to be able to complete the process and use the service.
