General Practice Nurse
Due to practice growth, Sea Mills Surgery have a super opportunity to join their warm welcoming and professional practice nursing team.
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable nurse(s) to join our welcoming and professional team delivering chronic disease management, health education and treatment room services including wound management, cervical cytology and immunisations.
Our team are passionate for supporting patients to be healthy, physically and mentally - we are keen to hear from applicants who are either experienced with patients in a general practice treatment room setting with experience of or commitment to develop long-term chronic disease management - a combination of skills would be advantageous.
The ideal candidate(s) will have a minimum of 1-2 year General Practice nursing experience within a primary care setting and enjoy the diversity of working within a friendly family training practice, continuously striving to deliver quality, viable and safe services. We also welcome interest from return to Nursing General practice nurses.
Working within our supportive clinical team of Doctors, Nurses and Clinical General Practice Assistants you will be assisted by Nurse administrators to provide outstanding care and support to Sea Mills 8500 patients ranging in age from 0-100+
This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate(s) for employment at vibrant community practice BS9 Bristol, Close to M5 Jct18, parking on site. Competitive rates of pay, regular team meetings, practice events, free fruit and refreshments, opportunities for overtime.

Following on from the success of our previous apprenticeship candidates the practice is seeking to recruit enthusiastic, self-motivated Medical Patient Navigator (customer services) / General Practice Business Administration Apprentice for 2023.
The role will provide the opportunity to learn all aspects of day to day running of a Community General Practice, from front of house reception to all aspects of the administration supporting the patient journey from birth to age 100+
The opportunity will include learning and taking on responsibilities such as Data IT support, much of the work within the Practice involves data, from ensuring patient records are accurate and up to date to maintaining the practice web site.
- You will be providing an excellent administrative service for the practice and patients.
- Qualifications Required: GCSE Grades A* to C (9 to 4) or equivalent in English Language and Maths
